A photographer who follows weather.

Maren Holst is a Norwegian-born photographer based between Bergen and Reykjavík. Her work focuses on cold climates, weather systems and the animals that live inside them.

Recent assignments include expeditions to Svalbard, Hokkaido and the Faroe Islands for editorial clients including National Geographic, 1854, Aperture and Outdoor Magazine. Prints are sold in limited, numbered editions of twelve.
